- Malda airport, also known as Malda Kaliachak airport or Malda Aerodrome, is a domestic airport located in Malda district of West Bengal, India. It is situated in Kaliachak, approximately 30 kilometers away from the city of Malda. The airport has a single runway and mainly serves as a hub for regional flights within the state of West Bengal. It is operated by the Airports Authority of India (AAI) and has limited infrastructure and facilities. However, plans for the expansion and upgradation of the airport are underway to cater to the increasing demand for air travel in the region.
