It is the third busiest airport in Indonesia and serves as a major transportation hub for the East Java region. Juanda Airport has multiple terminals, with Terminal 1 serving domestic flights and Terminal 2 serving international flights. It is named after Djuanda Kartawidjaja, who was the 11th Prime Minister of Indonesia.
