It serves as the primary gateway to Dipolog and the surrounding provinces. The airport has a single runway and terminal, and it is operated by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP). Currently, Dipolog Airport serves domestic flights to and from Manila and Cebu, operated by Philippine Airlines and Cebu Pacific.
