Olympic Airlines

  • Olympic Airlines was the national airline of Greece. It operated from 1957 until 2009 when it ceased operations due to financial difficulties. Olympic Airlines was known for its extensive domestic and international flight network, with Athens as its main hub. It was a member of the Star Alliance and had a fleet consisting of both Boeing and Airbus aircraft. The airline was replaced by a new carrier called Olympic Air, which took over most of its routes and operations.
