JALways was a subsidiary airline of Japan Airlines (JAL) that operated from 1999 to 2010. It was established as a low-cost carrier for leisure travel and primarily operated flights to destinations in Hawaii, Guam, and Southeast Asia. The airline had a fleet of Boeing 747 and 767 aircraft and provided a more affordable option for travelers compared to JAL's mainline services. However, due to financial challenges and changes in the aviation industry, JAL discontinued JALways in 2010 and integrated its operations with its mainline carrier.
